In authenticated platform integrations, images and operational artifacts may be stored on the server according to the active service configuration for operations, traceability, and product improvement.

The user is responsible for ensuring they are authorized to capture and send images to the platform in accordance with applicable law (including LGPD, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

4. How data is used

Collected data is used exclusively to:

  • Operate the platform and process requests.
  • Control monthly usage for each account.
  • Provide read history in the client dashboard.
  • Detect and prevent abusive use or terms violations.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Improve the platform’s recognition models.

We do not sell, share, or commercialize personal data with third parties.

5. Storage and security

API Keys are stored in hashed form (HMAC-SHA256). The original key cannot be recovered — it can only be validated. Signup data and usage logs are stored in a database with restricted access.

6. Data subject rights

Users may request at any time:

  • Access to the data registered in their account.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion of the account and related data.
  • Information about how the data is processed.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the email registered on the account or via support in the client dashboard.

7. Data retention

Usage data (read history) is retained while the account remains active. After account closure, data may be kept for up to 90 days for internal audit purposes and then removed or anonymized.

8. Cookies and tracking

The client dashboard uses sessions for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.

9. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
